As a psychotherapist, I use cognitive behavior therapy. It is a practical approach through which we learn how to deal with the troublesome difficulties that affect us in our daily lives.
Cognitive behavior psychotherapy provides good results in dealing with a wide range of psychological problems. Using this approach, we have at our disposal the full knowledge and experience that I have as a therapist in a given area, as well as access to rich literature, applications, and self-help materials.
Psychotherapy improves the quality of life and functioning, as well as fosters building healthier relationships.
I work with adults and teenagers (of age 16+), and in certain cases also with younger and older people.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with ailments in the psychological sphere.
