KINGA DELA
I am a psychologist, graduated in the field of psychology at Jagiellonian University. I am also a certified cognitive behavior therapist with certificate no. 570. I have completed a four-year training at Ter-Cognitiva – a therapy and training center in Cracow. I am a member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (PTTPB, Polskie Towarzystwo Terapii Poznawczej i Behawioralnej).
My many years of experience in psychotherapy is acquired both at work for psychiatric offices and self-administered psychotherapeutic practice in Cracow. I also have gained professional experience in the area of psychological diagnosis in case-law teams (including the municipal team for adjudication about disability and the voivodeship police headquarters).
I work with people with personality disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, and mental crises. My professional interests include working with people from the autism spectrum and with very sensitive individuals.
I work under the supervision of specialists with PTTPB certificates.
I like physical activity – cycling, running, mountain trips, observing the cycles of nature in parks and gardens. I live in a historic district in Cracow called Podgórze, which invariably fascinates me and draws me in. I am happy to walk around the Liban Quarry and enjoy the morning silence of the neighborhood and the view from Krakus Mound.
