Personal data is processed on the basis and in accordance with art. 6, par. 1, point a), b), c), f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; Official Journal of the European Union | L 119).

The data is used for marketing and commercial communication (e.g. offers) using telecommunications end devices, for pre-sale services (e.g. sending an offer or a price), for the correct performance of services, for the execution of rights resulting from the provisions of applicable law, including statistical purposes, complaints considerations, issuing invoices, executing claims, etc.

The user has the right to request from the administrator access to his personal data and to rectify, delete or limit processing. He also has the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

The user may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data (e.g. by e-mail sent to psychoterapia@kingadela.pl).

And if the user decides that the data is processed contrary to the law, he may file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Use of the right to object to the further processing of personal data, and in the event of giving consent, the use of the right to withdraw the consent to the data processing, does not affect the processing that took place until objection or withdrawal of the consent.

I reserve the right to process the data after withdrawal of the consent for their processing for the purpose of seeking possible claims in a court or if national, European or international regulations oblige me to store the data.

The data storage time is limited to their useful life for the purposes for which they were collected, and after this period they are anonymised or deleted. Personal data is stored for a period of time necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the administrator or to the extent necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party.

In case of providing services to clients, the data is stored during the term of the contract and after its completion in the necessary period, e.g. tax settlements, unless the law does not require the prior deletion of data.

  • job title and company data,
